Pursuant to Clause 6.9.3 of Article 6 of the “Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC Rulebook,” Clause 10.3.3 of Article 10 of the “Asset-Backed Securities Registration Regulation,” and official letters No. 01/1319 dated November 27, 2025, and No. 01/1324 dated December 1, 2025 from the "Central Securities Depository" LLC, the Mongolian Stock Exchange has delisted the asset-backed securities issued by “Omni Asset TZK” LLC.

Under Order No. A/513 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, the securities previously registered and publicly traded — a total of 60,000 units of “Omni Asset” ABS (code: 5010 / OABS), each with a face value of MNT 100,000 — have been delisted from the Exchange's registry following the full settlement of both principal and interest payments.
