According to the Resolution No:.146 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, dated 23 March 2022, and Order No:.A/39 of the Chief executive officer of the Mongolian stock exchange, dated 22 April 2022, the unissued and tugrik denominated "ETT bonds," which were issued as part of a debt instrument plan of "Erdenes-Tavantolgoi" JSC, have been amended to have an interest rate of "Mongolbank policy rate on the date of interest payment + up to 4 percent".
