According to the Resolution No.: 200 of FRC, dated on May 27, 2021, FRC has listed and approved for trading the 200,000 units of debt instruments worth MNT 20.0 billion of 'Invescore NBFI' JSC, each instrument with 100,000 face value and 12-14% annual coupon rate.

The company will offer the bond in three phases and raise MNT 20.0 billion, which will increase its ability to provide long-term and sustainable funding for its businesses and customers.
