‘Tandem Invest NBFI’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 199.2 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 0.20 per share on February 08, 2021. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within June 30, 2021.
