According to Financial Regulatory Commission’s Resolution No:172 of 21th May 2014, provisions No:58, 59.1 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange Listing Rules and “Tegsh” JSC’s request No:14/14 of 26th May 2014 to change its organization into Limited Liability Company, the total of 156,857 shares of “Tegsh” JSC delisted from the Mongolian Stock Exchange securities list.
