During the regular session of FRC on April 9, 2014, the following issues were discussed and resolved:

• To start up “Merex” JSC’s primary market trading on April 10, 2104,
• To delist “Darkhan Impex” JSC’s securities,
• To revoke the license of “Ten D Sec” LLC, “NIKI” LLC, “UGS” LLC, “Tengri Securities” LLC and “Mon Khan Trade” LLC, respectively.
