Based on Clause 6.1.1, 6.2.2 of Financial Regulatory Committee‘s “Law on Legal Status of the FRC”, Clause 57.1 of Company Law, Financial Regulatory Committee has approved the tender offer to buy 26,282 shares equal to 45.4 percent of “Uguumur-Uul” /MSE:OZM/ JSC for not less than MNT128 /one hundred twenty eight/  per share, made by Ts.Ganbold, B.Peter, related parties that currently hold 31,553 shares equal to 54.6 percent out of total 57,835 share of the company. As stated in the FRC’s resolution, the offer is valid for 60(sixty) working days starting from March 26, 2014
