Based on Clause 6.1.1 of Financial Regulatory Commission’s “Law on Legal Status of the FRC”, Article 20 of FRC’s Listing rule, Resolution 155 of Bayangol District Court of 2007, listing amendments were made to “Bornuur”JSC /MSE:BOR/ and 363,965 shares out of total 561,934 shares were delisted, resulting in 197,969 shares remaining with nominal value of MNT 100 per share.
