In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 2020/01 of "UB-Buk" JSC dated February 17, 2020, "UB-BUK" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 526.2 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 4.00 per share. The list of sharesholders who are eligible for dividend will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from June 01, 2020.
