In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 3 of "Mongol Basalt" JSC dated February 14, 2020, "Mongol Basalt" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 225.6 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 4.00 per share. The list of sharesholders who are eligible for dividend will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository  within June 30, 2020.
