Based on Financial Regulatory Commission resolution no.:213 from 2013, Mongolian Stock Exchange’s “Securities listing rule” clauses 58 and 59.1, and listing examination made according to request given by “Erdene zam” JSC, respectively, by the Mongolian Stock Exchange Chief Executive Officer’s decree no.:105 from 25 July 2013, “Erdene Zam” JSC’s total issued 48,142,163 shares were delisted from Mongolian Stock Exchange securities listing.
