According to Financial Regulatory Commission’s Resolution No:143 of 10th April 2013, provisions No:58, 59.1 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange Listing Rules and “Tulga” JSC’s request No:02/07 of 3th March 2013 to change its organization into Limited Liability Company, the total of 131 620 shares of “Tulga” JSC delisted from the Mongolian Stock Exchange securities list.
