“Shad trade” JSC’s name changed to “Khot development” JSC and amendments have been made to its securities listing by Financial Regulatory Committee's /FRC/ resolution of 26th of December 2012 and the Mongolian Stock Exchange’s CEO decree of 29th March 2013, which was issued based on the articles 50.3, 57 of Mongolian Stock Exchange Listing rules and the company request.
