According to the Resolutionof “Suu”JSC’s Board of Directors Meeting held on 14 February 2018, the Decision to distribute dividends of MNT3.00 per share from accumulated profit has been approved.

The record date will be the registration date of Shareholders Annual Meeting of 2018 , and dividendsdividends will be transferred to shareholders’ account at Mongolian Central Securities Depository /MCSD starting from 21 May 2018 till 31 December 2018.
