According to resolution No 95 of Mongolian Stock Exchange’s Chief Executive Officer of 14th August 2012, the following change has been made to securities registration: “Bayangol hotel” JSC combines all outstanding total of 423 065 shares, nominal value of 130 tugrik which consists of 323 065 shares at nominal value of 100 tugrik, 17 100 shares at nominal value of 255 tugrik and 82 900 shares at nominal value of 130 tugrik.
