Based on the Resolution No.:06/07 of shareholders meeting of “Gazar Suljmel” JSC dated on 14 September 2016, the official request No.:03/40 of “Gazar Suljmel” JSC dated on 07 October 2016 and the Clause No.: 8.10.11 of charter of Mongolian Stock Exchange, name of “Gazar Suljmel” JSC has been changed to “Juulchin Duty Free” JSC.
