The shareholders meeting of “Hermes Center” JSC held on 03 August 2016. During the meeting, the decision to distribute dividends to shareholders from all net profit /MNT348.9 million/ of first half of 2016 has been approved.

Accordance with the related rules and regulation, the company will distribute dividends starting from 05 September 2016.
