According to the Company Law of Mongolia, Listing Rule of MSE, materials and documents of “Eurasia Capital Holdings” JSC for additional share request, MSE registered the additional 50,000,000 shares at MNT100.0 per share of “Eurasia Capital Holdings” JSC and made amendment of its listing, resulting total of 52,270,792 shares at MNT100.0 per share.
