Board of directors meeting of “Mongolian Stock Exchange” JSC held on Dec 09th 2011 and the following resolutions were passed: 1. 2012 business plan, target level and investment plan of “Mongolian Stock Exchange” JSC have been approved. 2. According to related rules and regulations, “Skykhan Capital” LLC, “Zuunii Garts Securities” LLC, “United Securities” LLC and “MJIH” LLC were admitted as members of MSE.
