The Government of Mongolia has adopted relevant policies and decisions to fairly distribute the benefits of the country’s strategic resources to its citizens.
In line with this, the Board of Directors of "Erdenes Tavantolgoi" JSC approved in February 2025 the decision to distribute dividends for 1,072 shares. This decision was endorsed by the Government of Mongolia, allocating a dividend of MNT 266 per share, totaling MNT 285,000 per shareholder from the company's 2024 net profit. The first portion of the dividend will be disbursed in February 2025, with the next installment planned for April 2025.
In response, the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) has initiated the campaign "Invest and Grow Your 1072 Share Dividends in the Capital Market" in collaboration with market regulators, professional associations, and 52 licensed securities firms. The goal of this campaign is to guide citizens on effectively managing and investing their dividend earnings, increase public awareness of investment opportunities, and enhance participation in the capital market.
