By resolution No. 2 dated January 16, 2025 by the Board of Directors, J. Tsogtbayar has been relieved from his duties as the Acting Executive Director and B. Dulgoon has been appointed in his place.

According to the Financial Regulatory Commission's official letter No. 2/709 dated February 27, 2024, the primary market trading of the additional securities offered by "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC was considered successful, and on February 29, 2024, the secondary market trading of the company's securities started.
