According to resolution No. 40 dated February 15, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Makh Impex" JSC, decided to distribute 100 MNT per share as a dividend considering the perspective of the company’s operation and financial statements for the year 2023 to all the shareholders.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2024.
