According to resolution No. 2024/4 dated February 14, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC decided to distribute 1,019,200,000 MNT, or 37.5% of the company’s net profit shown in the unaudited financial statements for the year 2023, as dividends to all the shareholders. 

The company will distribute 2.8 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payments will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC on July 4, 2024.
