“Gazar Shime Uildver” JSC has offered 198,113,207 ordinary shares to the public and has raised 10,499,999,971 MNT from its initial public offering. After deducting the expenses related to the issuance of securities from the raised capital, 9,597,186,935.1 MNT, which is the net raised capital, was spent as follows:

1. Green storage facility: 3.52% or 178.2 million MNT,

2. Product development: 24.3% or 64.2 million MNT,

3. Equipment renewal and replacement: 100% or 921.9 million MNT,

4. Working capital: 100% or 1.05 billion MNT.

As of December 31, 2023, a total of 2,214,206,416 MNT has been spent, and 7,382,926,519 MNT from raised capital remains.
