The board of directors of the company decided to recall 766,182 bonds of the 4th tranche of "ETT-Bond", a nominal value of 100,000 MNT each, which were publicly traded on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, and the letter No. 01/1814 requesting permission to halt trading of the bond was submitted to the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC).

In compliance with the official requirement No. 150 of the State Inspectorate of the Financial Regulatory Commission, dated October 25, 2023, the trading of the 4th tranche of "ETT-Bond" issued by the "Erdenes Tavantolgoi" JSC in the secondary market has been temporarily suspended as of October 25, 2023.
