According to the Resolution of the Board of Directors meeting of "Teever Darkhan" JSC, dated April 21, 2023, the Board approved to distribute dividends of MNT 300  per share from net profits of 2022. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends is set for March 27, 2023, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by December 31.
