According to the Resolution of the Board of Directors meeting of "Technic Import" JSC, dated February 15, 2023, the Board approved to distribute dividends of MNT 2,000 per share from net profits of 2022. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined on March 09, 2023.

The dividends will be distributed to the shareholders at the company's office starting from April 14, 2023. Unpaid dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository.
