In accordance with 6.1.3, 6.2.2 of Article 6 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission, 29.3 of Article 29 and 63.1.5 of Article 63 of the Law on the Securities Market, 10.1.4 of Article 10 of the Law on Special Licenses for Business Activities, 8.4 of Appendix 1 "Regulations on Special Permits for Securities Market Activities" of the "Set of Rules for Securities Market Operations" approved as Resolution No. 4 of the FRC in 2019, and Resolution No. 491 of the FRC dated September 21, 2022, "Bumbat-Altai" LLC's special license to engage in broker activities in the securities market was restored.

The implementation of the resolution will be monitored and the public, the relevant tax authorities, and the General Register Office will be notified within 10 working days.
